All purchases made through Tabatha Marie Privée are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed and payment has been processed. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Why We Cannot Accept Returns

Fragrance decants are intimate personal care products. For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, we are unable to resell any product that has left our facility. This policy applies to all products regardless of whether they have been opened or used.

No Exchanges

We do not offer product exchanges. If you are unsure about a fragrance, we encourage you to research the scent profile thoroughly before purchasing. We are happy to answer questions about any fragrance in our collection — please reach out before placing your order.

Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been submitted. If you believe you made an error at checkout, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. While we cannot guarantee a cancellation, we will make reasonable efforts to assist if the order has not yet entered processing.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, broken, or with significant leakage, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected]. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the product and packaging. We will review each case individually and work with you to determine an appropriate resolution. This exception applies only to verifiable shipping damage or fulfillment errors — it does not constitute a general return or exchange policy.

Fragrance Preferences

Fragrance is highly personal and subjective. We are not responsible for a fragrance not meeting your personal scent preferences once received. We strongly encourage customers to research fragrances thoroughly, read reviews, and reach out to us with any questions prior to purchasing. Disliking a scent does not qualify for a refund or exchange.

Chargebacks and Disputes

By completing a purchase with Tabatha Marie Privée, you acknowledge and agree to this no return, no refund policy. Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute for a valid order that was delivered as described is a violation of this policy. We reserve the right to contest any chargeback filed in contradiction of this policy.
